What’s up guys!

Ryan Smetzer here and you probably here quite often that with a new year comes trying new things.

Well I am embracing that right from the get-go by signing up for TEAM CYCLE 2019 at the Robinwood professional center!

What is Team Cycle 2019 you ask?

Team Cycle is an indoor cycling fundraiser where the area’s top instructors come together to teach 6 individual hours of cycling.

This event is designed for all fitness levels.

Each class is approximately 45 minutes in length.

Now I have never, ever, EVER taken a cycling class in my entire life so in order to be in tip top shape for the big day JANUARY 19th, I’m gonna be training for team cycle, and updating you throughout the month on this page!

Week One: FIRST SPIN CLASS!

On week one, I had the amazing experience of taking my first spin class! Shoutout to Sherry, the amazing instructor at the Hagerstown YMCA for dealing with my crazy self (and my initial nervousness!)
