The filming on new movie starring Will Smith titled, “Emancipation”, has been halted due to a surge of COVID cases among the crew.
The movie started filming in New Orleans just about two weeks ago.
Will Smith’s character Peter, is a runaway slave who fled a plantation in Louisiana. In effort to go north, Peter had to survive the swamp lands of Louisiana and the hunters. The movie is based on a true story.
Do you think we’ll see more movies stop production due to the rise in COVID cases? Should production crews go back to “bubbles” while filming?
