Due to the powder not being diluted, it enters your bloodstream quicker and releases the supplements immediately.
According to cardiologists, this is extremely dangerous to your heart and can cause a heart attack. The supplements typically include caffeine and several other products that causes instant adrenaline and causes your heart to skyrocket.
