Travis Scott is being accused of violating coronavirus regulations in Los Angeles after bringing together several people for a flash mob for the announcement of his “Utopia” Issue” of i-D Magazine.
Los Angeles Department of Public Works acknowledges that no permit was issued to Scott for the flash mob in WeHo.
Travis could be fined for the pop-up, the last time Travis did something like this it was in Downey and he was fined a couple of hundred dollars which McDonald’s picked up the tab for.
This time Los Angeles won’t be looking to foot the bill for Travis breaking COVID rules.
Do you believe in the saying, “It’s better to ask for forgiveness than permission?”
