T.I. Blames Arrest in Amsterdam on Language Barrier

T.I. is speaking out about his recent arrest in Amsterdam.
He told TMZ the situation was “a slight kerfuffle” and “lost in translation.”
He also went on Instagram live and said the officer was having a bad morning.
