After several people took to Twitter to make memes and question Shakira’s tongue wagging moment, it’s was mentioned that it’s called ‘Zaghrouta.’

According to the American Tunisian Association its a “long, wavering high-pitched vocal soul representing trills of joy,” usually heard at weddings and parties.
