Nick Cannon has decided to pay off 7 students’ debt upon their graduation.

Nick made this announcement after hearing some HBCU students’ stories about their debt and obstacles that they have endured in order to get into college on his syndicated show.

He said, “I was so moved by y’all’s stories and the obstacles that you’ve overcome that I gotta help out. Once you earn your college degree, we’re wiping out your personal student debt. Every single penny.”

Kornegay was one of the students who shared his story of overcoming a learning disability to gain admission to NC A&T.

He wrote, “I cannot thank you enough! You’re an inspiration to many especially myself in media realm! This has been a life-changing experience granting me the opportunity to continue my education and push forward to graduate college! THANK YOU”

What was the biggest obstacle you have ever faced?
