Reports are suggesting that Netflix cut a huge check to Tyler Perry to bring ‘Madea’ out of retirement.
Tyler Perry has signed on for a 12th movie featuring his iconic character ‘Madea’.
The last time ‘Madea’ appeared on screen was in 2019 for ‘A Madea Family Funeral’ which made over $75 million.
Twitter had a field day with the news. Many tweets suggest the ‘retirement’ was too short.
