A 15-year-old McDonald’s employee in Eden Prairie, Minnesota is being called a hero after saving a customer.

Sydney Raley was working the drive-thru when she noticed a customer sitting in her car choking on a Chicken McNugget.

Raley jumped through the drive-thru window to perform the Heimlich maneuver with the help of another customer.

“It could’ve ended a lot worse but I am super thankful for that bystander who helped so much,” Raley told reporters. “Because I am decent at first aid, but if it weren’t for him and our efforts together, it could’ve ended so much worse.”

Raley was rewarded with $100 from local police.
