Lizzo Rocked The ‘About Damn Time’ Tiktok Trend At The BET Awards

At the 2022 BET Awards, Lizzo wowed the audience by singing “About Damn Time” from her upcoming album “Special.”
Her performance began with her face projected onto a clock and gold-clad dancers introducing the song. Lizzo appeared dressed as a disco ball.
“You know what time it is,” she said before performing a flute solo and the viral hit with its TikTok dance.
“It’s about damn time we have fun,” she added towards the latter end of the song. “It’s about damn time we stand in our power. Black people, my people.”
