Lizzo will replace Yeah Yeah Yeahs as Saturday Night Live’s final musical guest of the year.
The originally slated band explained in a social-media statement that guitarist Nick Zinner is still recovering from a monthlong bout of pneumonia, making it impossible for them to play.
Fans are thrilled to see Lizzo stepping into the spot for the Dec. 17, Austin Butler-hosted episode.
This will be the artist’s third time performing on the show.
If it wasn’t Lizzo, then what other artist would you like to see wrap up SNL’s year?
