Lil Wayne Finds Buyer for $28 Million Miami Mansion

Lil Wayne is moving out of south Florida after selling his Miami mansion.
The home was originally priced at 29.5 million and then was discounted to $28 million.
Wayne accepted the buyer’s offer on February 3rd, and he is being represented by real estate agent Cyril Matz of Douglas Elliman.
The 2017 $16.8 million 7-bedroom, 11-bathroom castle has an outdoor kitchen, cabana, and reflecting pool. Wayne lives in the Hidden Hills area of Los Angeles, close to Kylie Jenner.
