Lil Nas X conducted a Twitter Q&A on Wednesday (September 22nd) where he fielded questions about his new album, “Montero.”

One of the questions during the #AskMontero session was about if he and Lady Gaga would ever work together, “Yes i actually [sic] wanted a song with her on the album but i [sic] never finished writing to it & sending it to her,” Nas X answered.

Lil Nas also revealed that “Industry Baby” was originally written with Nicki Minaj in mind, however, Nas never received a response from Nicki after he sent the song. In the end, Jack Harlow jumped on the song.

There also was mention of a song with Ski Mask The Slump God that could surface on a deluxe version of “Montero.” As for any features on other artist’s songs, he says he’s, “waiting for the right one.”

Do you think a Nicki Minaj version of “Industry Baby” would’ve been better than the Jack Harlow version?
