The Los Angeles Lakers’ championship rings were handed out this week and each had a special tribute to Kobe Bryant.
Each ring features jersey numbers and a “Black Mamba” snake wrapped around each of them. The Black Mamba became a nickname for Bryant later in his career.
Taking the top off the ring reveals Bryant’s #8 and #24 jerseys, as well as retired jerseys of Lakers legends Magic Johnson and Kareem Abdul-Jabar.
On top of all of this? The ring is covered in 17 purple amethyst stones to commemorate each NBA Championship for the Lakers franchise.
Would you want a replica of this ring? Do you think the Lakers can grab another championship this season?
