That lawsuit that Jay Z had against the photographer behind his Reasonable Doubt album cover is now going to trial.
Since Hov and photog, Jonathan Mannion couldn’t come to terms with a settlement for those iconic album photos, Hov has filed a lawsuit against the photographer for having the photos for sale on his website without Jay-Z’s permission.
A rep for Hov says that Mannion never had permission to put the pictures up for sale and when he was asked to stop, well, Mannion wanted millions.
The case will go to trial in July.
Have you ever had someone post a picture of you without your permission? How did you handle it?
