On Thursday (September 2) Kanye’s manager, Bu Thiam, told TMZ that the beef between Drake and Kanye could reignite if there was mention of Ye on Drake’s “Certified Lover Boy” album, and fans think Drake pulled the trigger.

The title of the song is a reference to Drake’s Toronto address, which Kanye posted and deleted online recently.

Halfway through the track, Drake mentions someone “who’s in denial,” and who hasn’t “come correct” for years. He then references Justin LaBoy, who was part of Kanye’s rollout of “DONDA.”

Drake then raps these lyrics, “Give that address to your driver, make it your destination Instead of just a post out of desperation/This me reachin’ the deepest state of my meditation/Why you over there tryna impress the nation?/Minds runnin’ wild with the speculation”

What do you think? Is “7 am on Bridle Path” referencing Kanye? What other possible Kanye references have you heard on CLB?
