Google Banning ‘Sugar Daddy’ Apps From Play Store

Google is banning so-called ‘sugar daddy’ apps from its Play Store.

The policy targets apps that promote “dating or sexual arrangements where one participant is expected or implied to provide money, gifts or financial support to another participant” – aka ‘sugar dating’.

The ban, which takes effect Sept. 1st, will affect apps like SeekingArrangement, Sugar Daddy meet, or Millionaire Dating App.
