Eminem Is Music’s Most Certified Artist

Eminem has reached another musical milestone in his rap career.
Today, the RIAA announced that Slim Shady has amassed 73.5 million new Gold and Platinum Program certifications, and now he’s the most awarded musical act for singles in RIAA history. If that’s not enough, Em is also one of seven artists in RIAA history to have three or more Diamond Album Awards.
RIAA Chairman and CEO Mitch Glazier gave Eminem his props on the milestone saying, “These awards recognize Eminem’s unflinching commitment to his craft and the enduring connection he’s forged with fans over the last twenty years.”
