DirecTV Splits From AT&T

After trying to make things work for six years, DirecTV has split from AT&T.

AT&T finalized the spinoff on Monday and will be split into three divisions. The satellite service DirecTV, U-Verse, and the new streaming platform AT&T TV.

Now the three divisions will all be under one DirecTV umbrella.
