Customer Sues Dunkin’ Over Exploding Toilet

A Florida man is suing Dunkin’, claiming he was injured by an exploding toilet.

Paul Kerouac says he suffered “severe and long term injuries” when a men’s room toilet exploded at a location in Winter Park, FL in January 2022.

Kerouac says he was covered in human feces and debris, after which he was told by employees there was a “problem with the toilet”.

The suit claims Kerouac has needed mental health care and counseling.

Dunkin’ has not commented publicly on the suit.
