A grilled-cheese cookbook is giving people a whole new outlook on the iconic sandwich.
Chef Kim Wilcox recently published “The Great Book of Grilled Cheese” and is sharing three of her favorites.
Wilcox names her spaghetti grilled cheese, her peanut butter and jelly grilled cheese and her deviled eggs grilled cheese as the unusual sandwiches she likes the best.
