Chris Brown Congratulates New Mom Rihanna

Chris Brown seems to have given Rihanna her flowers on the birth of her baby boy.
Today, Rihanna and her boyfriend A$AP Rocky gave birth to a baby boy and fans noticed that Breezy had a shoutout on his story that seemed to be aimed at the new parents.
The message was a simple “Congratulations” on his Instagram Story along with a heart emoji, praying hands emoji, and pregnant woman emoji.
