Chipotle Riffs On Brisket

Chipotle is riffing on its new smoked brisket.
The chain is pairing the brisket with a quesadilla to make the limited-time-only Quesabrisket.
The entree includes a brisket-stuffed cheese quesadilla with queso blanco, tomatillo-red chili salsa and tomatillo-green chili salsa on the side.
It will be available through Halloween via Chipotle’s app and website.
The restaurant previously said smoked brisket was one of their most requested items and launched the protein nationwide last week.
