Cardi B Trial Pushed to 2022

Cardi B is being sued by a man who claims she stole his tattoo artwork without permission and used it on the cover of her mixtape.
The trial was scheduled for October.
She wrote the judge in the case stating that since she just gave birth, nursing her newborn and in New York that traveling to California and being away from her newborn was not possible at this time.
The judge granted her request moving her case to February 2022.
