Cardi B Demands Court Throws Out Lawsuit Over Autograph Seeker Beatdown

Cardi B is trying to get a lawsuit thrown out.
She says she was not involved in the beatdown of an aggressive man who wanted an autograph.
It happened in 2018 outside of a Met Gala afterparty in NYC.
After failing to get an autograph the man started hurling insults and can be heard saying, please beat me up, I’ll take your money.
