Cardi B Alleges Tasha K Has Secret Offshore Accounts Amid Bankruptcy Filing

Cardi B’s legal battles with gossip blogger Tasha K continue, with her attorneys seeking to subpoena Patricia Haynes for information about her offshore accounts, which she did not disclose during her Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

According to HipHopDX, failing to disclose assets from Kebe may violate 18 U.S.C. § 152, which penalizes those who knowingly and fraudulently conceal property from a custodian, trustee, marshal, or other court officer, or from creditors or the United States Trustee in a title 11 case.

According to the outlet, if Cardi’s legal team can prove that Kebe failed to disclose all of her assets during her bankruptcy proceedings, she could face additional fines and a five-year federal prison sentence.

The legal drama results from a defamation lawsuit that the rapper “Bodak Yellow” filed in 2019 against Klebe, who posted several videos making false statements about her.

Do you think Cardi will ever get her money from Tasha K?
