An Airport Evacuation was Caused by… Lotion

It was lotion… that caused the evacuation of Daytona Beach International Airport Tuesday morning.

Lotion… flagged in a bag by TSA agents around 6 a.m.

Lotion… caused the evacuation of about 70 passengers and staff.

WESH reports it took about an hour and a half for normal flight operations to resume after authorities concluded that the suspicious substance was… lotion.

How angry would you be if you missed a connection because of… lotion? Why do you think it took authorities so long to determine that it was… lotion? Should someone be fired because of… lotion?
