7 Eleven Testing a Cashierless Store

Don’t look now but 7-Eleven has become the latest retailer to test cashierless stores.

“Retail technology is evolving at a rapid pace and customer expectations are driving the evolution,” said 7-Eleven CEO and President Joe DePinto.

Right now the company is doing testing with algorithms and technology to predict a customer’s habit when coming into the store.
